1. How do I order?

Simply start off by browsing our products by clicking on the catergories ranging from New In, Dresses, Tops, Bottoms, Accessories, Backorder and Sale. Select your desired items and ad it to cart. Once you are ready, you can proceed to your shopping cart for check out.

 

2. Do I need to sign up for an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to sign up for an account with us to place an order. Once you have checked out your cart, you will be needed to fill up the delivery and billing information. This will authomatically create an account for you. You can choose to create an account first before purchasing as well.

 

3. What are the payment methods offered?

SOPHIALUV accepts the following payment options:

2. Credit Cards 

3. Internet Banking

4. ATM transfers

 

4. How long does payment verification take?

For paypal and credit card payments, payment verification is usually instant. For internet and ATM transfer, we will take 1 - 2 days to verify the payment.

 

5. What is the given time frame to transfer for Internet and ATM tranfers?

Payment via Internet and ATM tranfers will need to be done within 24 hours.

 

6. What if I miss the deadling for Internet and ATM tranfers?

Your orders will automatically be canceled. If you would like to re-purchase, you will need to add the items to the cart and purchase again.

 

7. I have not received my normal parcel, what should I do?

Singpost usually take 2 to 5 working days to delivery, in some cases up to 14 working days. It is highly that the parcel is a lost mail if it does not arrive after 14 working days of posting the item. As normal postage does not come with any form of tracking, we seek you to approach Singpost directly at www.singpost.com.sg.

 

8. What is the address for self collection?

Self collection is available at Bugis+ 03-06/07 only.

 

9. Are the collection of items and prices on the website and shop the same?

Products may varies from shop to shop as well as online, prices may be different as well.
