Step 1: Let’s start shopping!

Click on your desired category from the top selection bar. Take your pick from the wide range of clothing and accessories! Select the colour, size and quantity of the product you wish to purchase, and click 'Add to Bag'. Continue shopping by browsing through the e-store! Once you're done, you may proceed to check out by clicking on your shopping cart.

Step 2: Confirming your Order

You will need to register an account with us to complete purchase. If you have a registered account, please login with your registered ID. Your information will be automatically saved and filled in.


Step 3: Your Order has been confirmed!

An invoice will be generated and sent to your email address. If you have paid the amount via credit card or paypal, your order will be processesed and sent out within 2 to 3 days.

If you are paying via Internet banking or ATM payment, your order will be held for 24 hours from the time the payment advice is sent. Payment not completed within 24 hours will result in a cancelled order.



SOPHIALUV provides FREE local normal postage for all orders. Delivery may take between 3 to 5 workings days. We regret that we will not be responsible for lost mails.

For security purposes, we will recommend delivery via SingPost registered mail. It will require an additional standard charge of S$2.24. Please allow 3 to 5 workings days for SingPost to deliver your parcels. A tracking number, or registered article number will be sent to you once the parcel is being dispatched. SingPost allows you to check the status of the package here.

All deliveries are being outsourced to a third party service - SingPost. Please note that delays may occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.
